Day 1 – Thursday: Thessaloniki, Mikrokastra, Dryovouno, Grevena

Gathering at the Church of the Holy Cross in Strovolos and immediate departure at 07:15 AM for Larnaca Airport "Glafcos Clerides." We will take the flight to Thessaloniki via Athens. Upon arrival at "Macedonia" Airport, we travel via the New Egnatia Highway towards Western Macedonia. The road passes through Siatista, which we will view panoramically, and we continue to Mikrokastra to visit the women's monastery of the Dormition of the Theotokos with the miraculous icon of the Virgin Mary. Next, we visit the Monastery of the Transfiguration of the Savior in Dryovouno. Finally, we head towards Grevena and check into our hotel for the night. Check-in to rooms, and free evening to enjoy the beautiful city.

Day 2 – Friday: Kalambaka, Meteora, Monastery of Sagiada, Trikala, Monastery of Saint Vissarion, Monastery of Saint George in Mavrommati, Volos

Breakfast at the hotel and prepare luggage. We will then explore the monasteries of the Meteora Monastic State. We will admire them from a panoramic view and visit the Monastery of Saint Stephen. Afterward, in the village of Stagiades in the Kalambaka region, we will visit the Holy Monastery of the Dormition of the Theotokos. We continue to Trikala, where we will admire the beautiful city and have an optional meal at a selected restaurant. After resting, we will proceed to the village of Pyli to visit one of the most beautiful monasteries, Saint Vissarion, and venerate his holy relic. Close to Pyli, in the village of Mavrommati, the birthplace of the hero Karaiskakis, we will visit the Monastery of Saint George. Finally, we head to Volos, the capital of Magnesia, located at the foot of Mount Pelion. A brief introduction to the city and transfer to our hotel. Check-in, rest, and in the late afternoon, we will take a walk along the coastal road, lined with numerous tsipouradika and meze restaurants.

Day 3 – Saturday: Volos, Skopelos

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, we will enjoy Skopelos, one of the Northern Sporades islands. We take a ferry from Volos to the beautiful island of Skopelos. Upon arrival at the port of the capital, which is spread around the bay of the same name, we will explore Skopelos, walking between mansions, churches, and the castle. We will visit the monasteries of the Honorable Forerunner and the Cross, and we will venerate at the Church of Saint Riginos, where his tomb is located. We will also see the famous Asclepius, the beautiful beaches of Stafilos, Agnontas, and in Glossa, we will take the ferry back to Volos. Free evening to enjoy the beautiful city.

Day 4 – Sunday: Volos, Pelion

Attend service at the Metropolitan Church of Saint Nicholas. Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Mount Pelion, the mountain of the Centaurs. First stop is the traditional Makrinitsa, with its cobbled square, fountain, and the Church of Saint John the Baptist. We will visit the Monastery of Saint Gerasimos (17th century), the Monastery of Panagia Odigitrias, and the Monastery of the Annunciation in the village of Stagiades. We continue to Portaria, a traditional village, and relax with an optional lunch at the cobbled square. Later, we will admire other villages of Pelion, including Hania, Drakia, Agios Lavrentios with the Monastery of Saint Lavrentios, the Monastery of the Annunciation of the Theotokos, and the Monastery of the Holy Archangels. We continue through Vizitsa, the village of Milies, Neochori, and finally reach Sykia, where we will visit the Monastery of the Honorable Forerunner. We will descend along the coast with a view of the Pagasetic Gulf, and arrive at Kallia Nera for a coffee break and rest. Finally, we return to Volos.

Day 5 – Monday: Larissa, Anatoli, Agia

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, we travel to Larissa. We take the Egnatia Highway and arrive at the glorious capital of Thessaly. We will visit the Acropolis of Saint Achilleios, the early Christian Basilica, and the Church of Saint Achilleios, with the holy relics of the saint, along with other beautiful sites in the city. We will visit monasteries in the surrounding areas, including the Monastery of the Honorable Forerunner in the village of Anatoli and the Monastery of Saint Panteleimon in the village of Agia. Return to Larissa and enjoy the city with its traditional neighborhoods and tsipouradika.

Day 6 – Tuesday: Olympus, Katerini, Yannitsa, Koufalia, Larnaca

Breakfast at the hotel. Prepare luggage, and we bid farewell to Larissa as we proceed via Egnatia for Thessaloniki. We travel along the coast with a view of the Thermaic Gulf. In the coastal village of Litochoro, we turn to visit the Monastery of the Holy Trinity in Sparmos of Olympus. We then continue to Dion of Olympus, where we will visit the Holy Monastery of Saint Ephraim of Syros. We will enjoy Katerini and its beauty, followed by a visit to the Monastery of Saint Athanasius in Kolindros. Optional meal in Katerini, then continue to the Monastery of Saint George in Yannitsa. Afterwards, we head to Koufalia to visit the Holy Monastery of Saint Gregory Palamas. Finally, we head to Thessaloniki, enjoying a panoramic view of the city by the Thermaic Gulf, and continue to "Macedonia" Airport for our flight back to Larnaca with many blessings.
