One of these bridges is the site where Archduke Franz Ferdinand and his wife, Sophie, were assassinated, an event that triggered World War I. After soaking in Sarajevo’s unique blend of East and West, we continue our journey to the coastal town of Neum, where we check in to our hotel and enjoy free time relaxing. Overnight stay in Neum.

After our guided tour, we enjoy some free time at the vibrant Riva promenade, a favorite spot for both locals and visitors. Next, we head to Trogir, a charming medieval island city and a UNESCO World Heritage site, originally a Greek colony known as Tragurion. Our journey continues to Sibenik, a historic coastal city at the mouth of the Krka River, which becomes a bustling summer resort.
