Royal Caribbean – Cruise with Confidence
Can you cancel up to 48 hours before your cruise departure and receive a future cruise credit valid for booking and departure through December 31, 2021? or for 12 months after the date of cancellation of the original reservation.
Valid for cruises booked by September 30, 2020.
Starting May 6, 2020, Royal Caribbean’s enhanced Cruise with Confidence program offers even more flexibility. Whether you’ve already booked a cruise, or are thinking about it, we want you to cruise with confidence. That’s why Royal Caribbean will allow you to cancel any cruise that departs between now and April 30, 2022. Whether it’s a reservation you’ve already made or a reservation made by September 30, 2020, you’re covered . As long as you cancel at least 48 hours before your travel date, you will receive a credit towards a future cruise. The credit is valid for booking and departure by December 31, 2021 or 12 months after the date of your original departure cancellation – whichever is longer.
As of May 6, 2020, Royal Caribbean has also added the new “Best Price Guarantee” and “Lift and Shift” options described as below. If you selected the Cruise with Confidence program before May 6, learn more about this program here.
NEW! Best Price Guarantee – Found a better price for your reservation? Royal Caribbean’s Best Price Guarantee allows you to take advantage of a better price up to 48 hours before your boarding date. You will receive the difference as an onboard credit (non-refundable) as part of the final payment or price adjustment outside of the final payment.
NEW! Lift and Shift – Lift and Shift is for guests who simply want to move their existing reservation to the next year. For CWC (Cruise With Confidence) guests who are ready to move to an alternate sailing date next year, we are happy to price lock in the original price and/or offer if the alternate cruise departure is the same itinerary, duration and cabin class. However, the alternate sailing date to which the guest will be moved, must be within 4 weeks (before or after) of the original sailing date, but for the following year. For example, if you are traveling on July 30, 2020, you must switch to a departure with the same itinerary, duration, and cabin class, and the sailing date must be June 30, 2021 – August 30, 2021. To qualify, guests must move their reservation on or before September 30, 2020.
